Facilities Maintenance Coordinator- Surprise, AZ Mon-Fri FT 40 hrs week $21.14 per hour

Location: Surprise, AZ
Available shifts: Mon-Fri FT 40 hrs week $21.14 per hour
What will you be doing? Perform, plan, direct and coordinate all facility maintenance and ensure proper safety, sanitation and mechanical functions for the facilities including grounds and maintenance. Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
What qualifications do you need?
Reliably commute or planning to relocate to Peoria/Sun City area before starting work. (No Relocation Assistance)
HS Diploma/GED Equivalency
Required minimum 2 years current or recent facilities maintenance experience (including some HVAC experience).
Company Insurance Requirements for Drivers-
*Valid Arizona Driver’s License and Proof of Current Vehicle Insurance
*21 yrs. of age *5 years clean MVD Record
*Able to successfully pass Non-DOT Physical & Drug/Alcohol screening (pre-hire & random screenings)
*Able to successfully pass background clearance
